1. What we collect

• Photos you upload and the details you enter (e.g. animal type, breed, colour) to generate your result.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive your email and subscription status, not your full card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics and device/technical information to run and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To generate your AI image and deliver your result.
• To take payment and manage your subscription (via Stripe).
• To measure and improve our marketing and the Service.

3. Who we share it with (processors)

• fal.ai — runs the AI image model on your uploaded photo.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscriptions.
• Meta — advertising/analytics pixel (if enabled).

Some processors may be outside the EU; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

4. Retention

We keep uploaded photos and results only as long as needed to provide the Service and then delete them within 30 days, unless a longer period is legally required. Payment records are kept as required by law.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Email info@otherselfs.com and we will respond within the legal timeframe. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to run the Service. If we enable the Meta advertising pixel, we will ask for your consent to advertising cookies first.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
