Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Otherselfs (the “Service”), operated by Bravo Venture Holding B.V., Gerard Doustraat 165-C, Amsterdam (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Otherselfs lets you upload a photo and receive an AI-generated image (for example, your pet reimagined as a human). The results are AI-generated, fictional and for entertainment only — they are not real photographs and may be inaccurate.

2. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

• Access is sold as a subscription of €1.99 per week, charged immediately when you subscribe.
• The subscription renews automatically every week at €1.99 until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time via the Manage subscription page or by contacting info@otherselfs.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

3. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, you expressly request that we begin performance right away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once generation starts, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Your photos & consent

• You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload, and the right to have it transformed by AI.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, of minors, or any illegal, hateful or explicit content.
• You keep ownership of your uploads and your results. You grant us a limited licence to process your photo solely to produce your result.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use results to deceive, harass, impersonate or harm anyone.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
